"Edit: Following an email all is now up & running again. Seems to be working better than before the reboot. Reloaded this on my phone ready for the end of lockdown. Previously I could find my groups and do all that I needed but had to log out and in again to refresh information. Now I it won't even load any groups, really poor in comparison to the runner's app."

"I need this app as I need to create runs for my next C25K course but I am having lots of problems getting into the app. I have contacted runtogether but not had any replies yet!"

"Shocking,its never worked. I cant add runs and when I log on it, just automatically kicks you off the app. Cant find any groups either."

"It seems to be very clunky on my android phone. Works far better on my iPad."

"It's a very useful app but it doesn't work to its full potential. I cannot access my group run or amend any runs/sessions from the app. It's very frustrating"

"I can't add sessions via this app. I can however create the run but that does not help as I need to go 'old school' and boot the laptop up to add the session to the run group. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple of time and still the same. Shame as it's quite handy at meet ups etc."

"*Update: 6 months later even on my new phone it has the same issues and it now won't sync with the website so new runners added to the runs don't appear on the app* Keeps crashing everytime I go to change preset filtering/sorting options. No idea why it would default to showing runs already completed or runs in name rather than date order. Not user friendly. App also resets filters back to default after closing it which is very annoying!"

"Only shows runs and session I can neither add nor remove. It actually makes no sense. I downloaded in Android and Apple to see if there is a difference. No change. Disappointed."
